First thing we will do is create the Mem Stick:
than create manualy new pandora batt and reinstall files from mem stick. ur psp will alive again.
I have only found 2 Batteries this works on they are as follows:
PSP-110 (1800mAH) # down on bottom right of sticker: 2-581-225-03
PSP-280 (2200mAh) # down on bottom right of sticker: 2-637-269-11

Step 1:
Take your spare battery, and open it up. BECAREFULL NOT TO PUSH A KNIFE TO FAR INTO BATTERY CASE YOU MIGHT PUNCTURE THE BATTERY CELL!

Step 2:
Once you have it apart, look at the circuit board, and find the word “IC04”, you should see a little micro-controller right next to it. On that micro-controller it will have 8 pins. It will be the pin on the bottom right. Here is a pic of what it should look like. (I got the 1st PIC from the web, it is not my pic, my camera didn't want to work http://www.psp-forum.com/images/smilies/frown.gif so thanks to whoever took the pic.) 2nd pic, I took. http://i245.photobucket.com/albums/g...o/IMAG0113.jpg

Step 3:
Tape your battery down to your work area so it doesn’t move, then tape the circuit board to cover all the areas around the micro-controller. Doing this will help prevent any accidental shorting of the battery if you accidentally touch the needle to something else while touching the controller.

Step 4:
Now take your sewing needle and slide it under pin 5, then gently pull up and outward to the right. (you might have to repeat this step a few times to weaken the pin.) It will break free from the circuit board. *NOTE - ensure the tip of needle is not touching pin 6, it will short the battery!

Step 5:
Now un-tape everything, and put the battery back together. You can use very small amount of super glue or, just tape the battery together. *Caution when tapeing, it will create a very tight fit into the PSP Battery Compartment, and you will have to really push it in all the way to make the Battery connect to the receptors on the PSP!)

Step 6:
That’s it, your done! You now have a service battery.

*NOTE – To use these on a PSP, you must first insert the Mem Stick, then the Battery! Then simply follow the on screen instructions, enjoy CFW!
