I have problem with mp4 .....USB DEVICE.. any solutions?????

If I add the mp4 , my computer doesn't recognize the usb. Is there any driver to install it.

Hey bro which window you use if you use xp or vista so no need to instal any driver xp and vist aitomatically instal driver if you use window 98 so you need to installing driver. Bro change usb port and try if your problem will be solved press thanks button.

is the cable is good..? did you try other cables...? if the cable is good try remove the battery and connect it again...
