Downloads & viruses....

It seem that a lot of the down loads from "Rapid share" & others contain viruses.....I have twice picked up the "Vundro" virus whilst downloading files.

So make sure that your anti virus software is up to date.

What do you use?......

....as my Symantec Antivirus doesn't seem to be able to cope with this virus.

Cheers.

Avast is also pretty good. If it detects you're downloading a trojan, spyware or virus, it automatically disconnects the connection to the download and deletes any temp files saved to the local drive. The freeware version is just as potent.
