warren88,

It should. All you need to establish is which OS the Blackberry is using and work from there.

Hope this helps.

warren88,

Here is a link for a howto. This is for Symbian S60, but I'm sure you could use it as a guide to get GMXT to work on Blackberry.

Hey,

I am also searching for Garmin for blackberry. Blackberry has its own OS and it's not using WM or symbin. There is a garmin SD card for blackberry on garmin website for $99, but there is no link to download it.
Does anyone use Garmin on blackberry??

Thanks,
Neema

OK, I checked today again and they put a link for 7-day trial version. I am going to downlaod it on my blackberry and then I can findout whether the keygen will work on that or not.
But here is another question, this link is only for blackberry browsers. I can not download it by my PC, do you think there is a way to bypass this and just download it by PC?

Here's the link:
http://www8.garmin.com/mobile/blackberry/trial.jsp

Thanks,
Neema

Hi Akash and welcome to the forum.

You can migrate to Garmin Mobile XT and should be able to get maps for Bangladesh. Browse through the stickies at the top of the forum for help on how to get Garmin to work.

Hope this helps.

There was a guy here in the forum asking the same question before.

The probleme is that the 5800 is running S60 5th Edition on Symbian OS 9.4.

Also the phone has a touch screen, and when you install the software and try to setup the phone with voice and text, you have to push a button to choose, but you do nat have the button on the phone....

Someone tried to set it up using a bluetooth keybord (read more here), but it is not running very well....

Sorry.....

Regards

Mike

Would like to install Garmin XT on Nokia N82

Hi all

I'd like to install Garmin Xt on my new Nokia N82 I just recently purchased. I have read this thread but couldn't find the information I want. I assume you still have to purchase the program from Garmin for 99 USD or some other place. I read somewhere isome program is free but I'm assuming it's just the keygen so you can copy the contents from original micro SD to the bigger size micro SD and stil able to use that bigger size micro SD. Is that right?

Keygen v1.5 works for the current Garmin program right? Once that done, then just download any maps you want?

jon2k8,

Have a look at the thread listed below. This gives the whole nine yards to get you going with the N82.

Garmin XT Maps (MapSource Version)

Hope this helps.
