Another question:
I use my S60 phone with Garmin Mobile XT. I had a map installed on it, then I installed another map. Now, the old map is gone. Is this how it's suppose to happen?

If you installed the map using Mapsource, then it is correct ....

The map is called "gmapsupp.img" and you have to use your Explorer to rename the map if you want to install more ...

Yes, I installed the maps with Mapsource.
So, shall I remane the files in the explorer? Let's say gmapsuppXXX.img and the second map gmapsuppYYY.img, the third gmapsuppZZZ.img ?

2 options:

Maybe you can have up till 6 maps on your phone (It is different from one device to another) at the same time eg. gmapbmap.img (Basemap), gmapprom.img (internal map, used when you have US or EU maps), gmapprom1.img (internal map, used when you have both US and EU maps), gmapsupp.img (Supplemental maps, will be overwritten when you add new maps), gmapsup2.img and gmapoem.img (For OEM Company).
But with MapSource you can have many more! (The maximum amount of map-tiles for your unit is the limiting factor.) You just merge more maps together so they will appear as one file (gmapsupp.img) on your device.

I have tested today the new version of Road 2008 v3.02. In Mapsource it shows me 395.2 MB, so it is smoller than the privious version. I have tested it only on my Nokia N79 with GMXT 5.00.40 and it works the same like privous version, but I'll come back with personal informations after I'll test it on my nuvi 250W.

In Mapsource - information map - you can see version 3.02. Last version was 3.01.. I think that there are changes, on th road.
Mike, after your reply about new europa's map, we can't sleep in these hot nights....!!!

@giuseppe66, Of course there are changes. There are 323 changes made on the last version of Road.

I installed SCG 2.0 on a microSD card, and maps from SCG 2.0, City Navigator 2010.1 and ROAD 2008 to another microsd card. I made a route and transfer it to my S60 phone, on both ards. But I can not see the route in Manage my data/routes. What shall I do? I will leave tomorrow night from Romania to Montenegro? And I made the route for the best roads but I can not see it on the phonr. After the transfer oprations(maps, waypoints and routes) I receive the message that all went OK with the transfer.
