hi
i have a pyle plnd42 running winCE 4.2 and Navigator software
how can i install and run garmin gt in order to use their maps?

There is no magic wand for this (nor copy-paste recipe), it requires a lot of working, experimenting with various DLLs and it depends on GPS device type, all I can say is: good luck with it.
