Member: 80338 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | I would suggest you go to the TOMTOM site and start to download the user manual for your particular product. Then I would start educating yourself by reading it. Really it is a no brainer the only way you will learn is to read and educate yourself. As you have put no details at to the product you have where would anyone expect to help you when you haven't thought about what you are asking. It is like asking someone on the internet how do I get to Glasgow? How could anyone help you if they didn't know where you were? A little more thought will get you the answers you need! |

The first thing you need to do if you want help, is give as much information as possible about your device, your set up, and what you want to do. So, about your device: what model of TomTom have you got, what maps do you already have on it, how much space do you have left on it? About your set up: How do you connect your device to your computer, what operating system are you running, is it 32 or 64 bit? What do you want? Do you want to update your maps, update the software on your device, help with planning routes? If you dont know how to get all this information, you will need to have a good session on Google. Grab a coffee, assign some time to the issue, and have a good browse. |
