Help With tomtom go 510/710 map activation

I am trying to upgrade the memory card, but i dont have the product activation code for when i copy the old card to the new card.
So what I am trying to do is install some new maps and activate them on a 2gig sd card.
But everthing i try doesent work.
I already have
GB_plus_major_roads_of_WE
Installed and activated on the original card that com with it but it is only 256 mb and has no memory left!
When i do an exact copy I am left with this data...

So I then copy to my new 2gb sd card and insert it in to my tomtom and i get presented with this problem...



So I then download easytools activator

But the original map has no metadata in the folder!

So i try to copy the GB_plus_major_roads_of_WE.mms+GB_plus_major_roads_ of_WE.pna files to the insert_meta_from_Map_here on the key gen to see if it works and i get cant find map or cant patch it just don work.
So i download and install another map on my sd card.
UK_and_IE_plus_major_roads_of_WE.v675.1409
Now this one has meta data on it. Or even a midi sequence on it.

I then get to this on my tomtom unit.
i have allready generated the activation code from a keygen, also on another post msubedar also generate the code and gave me the map to download

So all in all the tomtom is reconising the maps and just is not accepting the new activation codes.
Can you see my problem? Arrrgggh!!
I havent patched the tt system file yet so I am going to give this a try now and will post you the results below...
So i get this alberts easy activator and try tis proggy...

So i select keygen 7

Then browse for bif file which is the ttgo file

Browse for meta/ov2 file
And i check every folder on the sd card and cannot find any!
Even in the copy from the tomtom original card i cant find any doucuments containg this format of file!
Ridiculous!
Lets try another keygen!
So back to easy tools..

So i insert all the relevent data into the right places and run this and i get this...
I run it for map 6

Then it asks me for the drive in which case my sd card is in F.
Run f

Tadaa I get this out put but im back to square on i allready got this activation code tryed it and it diddent work!
So lets try the ttpatcher
For my tomtom the version is 7.903 so i run it for 7 up to 8 option 2

Then i select drive F this is where my sd card is

Then it cant find the file!!! Arghhh!!
Look!!!

Dont know what im doing wrong but i bet one of you out there are laughing at my stupidity!!

I noticed in your pictures that you typed the code in wrong, this is your code, type it in carefully. (Map: UK_and_IE_plus_major_roads_of_WE - 675.1409)

After ASN... it is a Number "5" not an "S"

Also, you have to use a patched ttystem file otherwise it will not work, as you are using the original Navcore for your TT, use a program called yDGpatcher which can be found in the Version 8 thread to patch the ttsystem file. Leave the ttsystem in the root where it is on the card, just browse in the patcher and find the ttsystem file and patch it and it will automatically rename the original and create a new one.

Then you should be good to go with the code i have given above.
