How to Connect Tomtom Via to Pc..?


hi all and GPS experts..

i have this device and pc not detect it as mass memory.. so i cant see it's contents.. only Tomtom Get Started detects the device on the official web page..

how can i connect it to pc mass memory..? or how can i update the map..?

Actually you can't connect it a mass storage. Use MyTomTom from their website.

TomTom now uses a Linux filesystem. That is why Windows can't read the internal storage.You can update only with MyTomTom from their website.
