HTC S710 + TomTom6 how do we select Bluetooth GPS device - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I am not stupid and have been around the IT world for quite a while. I knew there was a problem with TomTom and smartphones due to the lack of a touch screen - but hey I installed it anyway and tossed my PDA!!!

I have tried editing the Navigator config file, tried FakeCursor, purchased sphelper and installed that. But I cannot select the correct COM port to get my bluetooth GPS device working with TomTom. Even tried to get active sync remote display working - but where is the damn cehost2 file??

So at my wits end - is there an easy solution. I can't be the only one out there.....

Help!

use a fake cursor like sphelper, you can find it around search it good.

got fakecursor105 and run it with Xbar3. Works in TomTom but when I exit I have to power off the damn phone as fakecursor does not allow the keys to work!! Any ideas?
