If you are using the Official Navcore v8 as downloaded from TomTom Home, the keygen will NOT patch it. It WILL patch official Navcore v7 though. All this has been written and rewritten again and again and......................... Look at this post: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...postcount=2159 Apart from the extra meta txt which was included in that keygen upload ( which you are told to ignore anyway) it should be the same as the one you have. |

When you are creating an unlocking file for any map's .meta code, you'll need: 1) The keygen 2) meta.txt containing the codes reuqired to unlock that particular map. Both the keygen and the meta.txt file needs to be in the same folder. If you want to be lazy (like me), then do the following: 1) Create folder on called tt7 on drive c: of your PC. 2) Make sure you have the following files in the folder a) keygen b) an up to date meta.txt c) <MAP>.meta - substitute map you want unlock in <MAP> 3) Start a DOS window. 4) Type 'cd..' (repeat as many times as needed) down to root directory of your PC. You should only see c:> when you reach there 5) Type 'cd c:' 6) Type 'tt7_keygen . <DEVICEID>' 7) You should get ok. 8) Copy both the <MAP>.meta and <MAP>.meta.dct to the map folder of your phone. 9) Delete both <MAP>.meta and <MAP>.meta.dct from the tt7 folder. 10) Copy another <MAP>.meta to TT7 and repeat from 3 tt7_keygen and tt8_keygen needs the parameters <path to map> and <deviceID> after it. If you substitue a . in place of <path to map>, it looks for the first <MAP>.meta it can find in its current folder and generates an unlock code for that particular map. Hope this helps. | |
