tomtom XL maps need help


hi i got a tomtom xl n14644 and im trying to get uk maps on it. i made a mistake and did not backup the old maps folder. Now i dnt know which maps it had before. Very confused now need help as to what map is compatible with it... help plzzzz

what is you current Navcore and how much space do you have you can download any new map and activate with FastActivate or download TomTom Home and check if you can Update your navi

its a xl classic 1gb memory dnt know what navcore it is. cant find it out because all the maps are gone

Open your ttgo.bif with Notepad or similar & you'll see:-

bro thanks for that i’ll check that in a bit. is there a way i can contact you directly if i get stuck again. plz the tumtum is really doing my head in and i need to get it done by tomorrow and give it back to the cusotmer
