this is my first use of this box but i have activation problem.

no need to activate, just use your box

So, the phone can't connect to the box and electrode still off when i connect the phone.
What can i do in this case? May be an hardware problem...

shows logs when u connect the phone ...
are u sure that all driver installed corect and use the latest firmware ??
from your screen i see that box already connect on com 3.. did You hear some Tit ..tit ... when connect your phone ???
