If im not mistaken there was only 8 pin out on emmc to write and erase
as show in the picture i think isp pinout diret to emmc with jumper wires
no need adopter justy only jumper wires that support manny kind of ic

VCC main and VCCQ not necessary when usb connected. so only 3 connections + gnd to go..
