Dongle problem [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

I have got some problem with MRT dongle like in this post . MRT Software Hang After Started - GSM-Forum My dongle have serial number like in that post - ENMRT00000. Dongle start with HID\VID_2020&PID_2020&REV_0200&Col01 and i dont see any additional disk in system. MRT tool works only version 1,23 and is less. How can i repair my dongle or may be replace. Dongle was purchased in march 2016 and the reseller (GSMServer) refuses to exchange without any additional permission of the manufacturer at this forum.

I can not run mrt tool 1.25 and 1.28 because the dongle does not run like any additional disk in the system and have id HID\VID_2020&PID_2020&REV_0200&Col01

download new version and check,1.29 has fix this bugs

Power on the Set;Int the Call input *#*#2846579#*#*
into ProjectMenu;select BackGround Settings--USB Port Settings
Select "Manufacture Mode"
Install HW Driver
Do it
