Hello ,i have problem with one Meizu M5s for remove PUK,the software said sucesefully but mobile phone still ask for PUK code ,any help ?

If phone is asking for puk then you need to remove SIM card from device.

Disconnect Mobile...
Re-Put the Mobile Bettery...
Then Connect your Phone to Computer again....
Please Make sure Mobile better has Power...
