LUA-L21 can't connect to unlockfrp

Please help me. I have Y5 II with frozzen logo, i have code for bootloader, but frp is on. I can't connect this phone to unlock frp or read info

I try connect with vol+ , later vol- , and vol+ vol-. Error is the same
