    Re-Put the Mobile Bettery...
    Then Connect your Phone to Computer again....
    Please Make sure Mobile better has Power...

Yes, I did. I tried off phone, hold - and insert cable. Tried power on, hold - and power untill off. All the same. Program stopped on string >>> Initializationing Mobile Hardware Parameter...
