i brougth new dongle first came 009 and after used exe file its gone now 001 error net is connected pls need sollution

my internet is 50mbps , why should be internet issue, just its from mrt side, as u indian check urself is ur mrt working , just dont give link of vpn and solve, issue , all use have issue , if individual thats ok 100shop in my area have issue exist , if 10 time try , then one times opens, really unhappy dear @ vc
