Good day, dear support.
My dongle is don't working. When i connect dongle, the computer ask format.

How to fix ?

Hello

Don’t formet Else you lost your key and you have to send it for repair or buy new post your problem with images we can’t help without it

Send dongle its expensive for me.
Can i fix this problem. If no maybe buy new?

I Have another problem please "mrt key not found i can see the partiotion of the key but always not found i changed usb port changed pc restarted router . Please Help me fix it

same here some time runny good and some time not oppening mrt main tool
