"SPD USB TO SERIAL NOT FOUND"

Solution:
You need to install the USB drivers for SpreadTrum.
If already install than uninstall it first again install SPD the driver.

Failed to auto format.

Solution
Try "Reset" option, If still problem than search 4 a same handset read the flashfile from that working set again write it back to the faulty set.

Solution

You need windows XP DISC

Go to Control Panel > Regional Language> Language> Install East language

"Conjuction Error" while updating your box

SOLUTION
To fix this. you need to upgrade the firmware by using "Emmergency UpGrade" feature.

Disconnect MTK BOX-3 Box from USB, connect the main cable to MTK BOX-3.
Now short the "+" and "-" wires of the main cable
Connect computer with USB to MTK BOX-3.
Open the latest Box firmware Updater software for MTK BOX-3. Press "ScanPort", Select your MTK BOX-3 comm port number, tick the "Exigency UpGrade" and press "UpGrade-BOX"
