Disconnect Mobile...
Re-Put the Mobile Bettery...
Then Connect your Phone to Computer again....
Please Make sure Mobile better has Power...

i have also face basbend unknown after format for unlock pin code with MRT 2.39

so how can restore it ?

i tried 6 oppo f7 format and frp reset i have no issue about baseband unknown
