only use mrt latest seup always, use mrt v2.60 your problem will solved and as per rule always provide screenshots

That Because Windows Create The Duplicated File Copied With Numbering.
Delete First Old Persist File in ..XM\Date\rm_s2_persist.img

Copy Once You Was Download....persist_ysl_tested.img And Rename to rm_s2_persist.img

Unlock Again
