Vivo Y83 Pattern remove success in mrt

but cant removed in phone

erase userdata only 5 % than phone disconnect

when check phone

same condition with lock

please help!

Try to Hard Reset First in Phone recovery.. Then Fomat again on Mrt and erase Frp..

if wipe data success why use mrt dongle?

in recovery click on wipe data phone want pattern lock
