HI
It seems that the ground is still connected to your testpoint, The main reason for disconnecting the ground from testpoint is to allow flash chip to be recognized.
The other day I was messing around with my F5 and dropped the resistor. I was getting the same errors as your. my phone is now alive after resolder back the resistor.

Re-Put the Mobile Bettery...
Then Connect your Phone to Computer again....

It could only mean one thing. Testpoint was not disconnected at this stage ( Init Mobile BOOT2 ...)

Not to worry, try without connecting the battery.

@all we never said solder on test point need quick ground for couple of second for mtk port appear don't solder on component
