POSITIONS:Apple Hardware Technician

Preferred Qualifications-
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)
Experience repairing electronics, iPhone,iPad,iPod,MACs,
Excellent experience os OS X, IOS operating system handling and installing.
Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics
More than one year Previous experience working at Apple Authorized Service Providers (AASP)
or Professional Service centres.

Tasks and Responsibilities-
Installing and handling OS X, IOS Operating systems and third party applications.
Find and solve all Software related issues.
Experience in resolving technical, systems and/or perception issues with customers
Technically minded, with the ability to quickly understand,
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices.
Provide recommendations for problem resolution
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed High Quality standards
Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock
Utilize the point of sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and a real-time status of each repair
