I'm fully capable of managing an IT department but not in the role of a director. More like a supervisor or helpdesk manager or my systems admin/network administrator position.
How do I best go about this or does anyone know of a good reputable company looking for someone with these qualifications?
I sincerely need help and thought perhaps I may get the best feedback here.
