Are you located in Europe or have a EU country Visa and ready to move to Sweden?
We need a Really skilled chip-level repair technician if he can do both hardware and software you will have an advantage but of course the most important he can repair (motherboard chip's replacement, Charging IC's, Baseband Fail)
If you cannot repair those problems at least don't bother to send us.

What about the salary package? I can do both hardware and software, not only charging ic's but also audio, wifi ic's, NAND upgrades and I can dig out the problems following the diagrams like shortage and not powering on, I can trouble shoot also water damaged and liquid damaged phones.

sir I have been worked in UK and Germany. I can do hardware and software but I like to work hardware and can be refurbished lcds.
I can replaceed charging Ic (100%), touch ic, audio ic and also can be chaned other parts fpc connector chestnut and backblight ics, simreader etc
2nd the most important thing is baseband ic cant be replacement it can be reball BGA and again solder.
baseband ic can't be swapped. I can change but cant be swapped need to unlock nand
