i have lg hb620t mobile

i cant save contacts,cant store miss call details
if any one can solve this problem please help me out

i have downloaded on frameware in .dz format but i dont know how to install
i have tryed to update the version but it is updated
help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you try Factory Reset with 2945#*# ?

thanks for reply my problem has been solved
i deleted all the messages it was aroundf 650,because of messages the memory was blocked.
now it is dam good
