(ie) what tool are you useing...
condition of phone,, dead ,,alive..

This way you will get more responce from users...

and you concider that a hardware issue.?

go onto the Product section for your box .(ie) vygis/furious..ect
and ask there...which firmware contains vietnamiese

your next post is .... i dont have a tool...
i have crystal ball.
