LG G2 Flashing red light

Hi All,
I hope some one can help me. I have an issues with a LG G2 which has just had a new display, Digitizer and LCD fitted.
After completing the installation i tried turning the phone on but nothing would happen. The phone had been low on battery when i first ordered the part and it took over a week to come in.
I plugged it in and noticed a little red flashing light at the top of the screen. I left the phone on charge over night and in the morning it was still doing the same thing. I then saw the LG logo come on but it quickly disappeared, it did this about 4 times and then went back to the red light.
I have reset all the connectors and battery but the same issue continues. I have also disconnected the battery and plugged it in but nothing happens at all, not even the red light.
If anyone could help me i would be really grateful.

Thanks
