LG G2 LOCA Leaks on Backlight when replacing glass

I replaced the touch screen on LG G2, using a special mold and UV glue, and when I turned it on, there were these waves on the sides, I thought I did a bad job, but the next time i tried, there were waves as well, and I realized the UV glue is leaking in between the front of the LCD and the backlight.

Is there a way to overcome this problem?

Thanks

its not a backlight problem , its because of the glue ,which he used to attached glass with lcd, so i think u repeat this process again but this time with more care, this is my opinion ,u must wait for the experts replies

This is, that if i desolder the backlight, it won't really help when trying to refurbish the screen, because the glue will go on the back of the phone anyway, there should be a method on how to do this without the leaks to the back side. i saw someone refurbish with an LG G2 frame, but that's very unprofessional, it's a lot better to do this with a mold.

I'm not sure how I can be more careful, It's not like I made a mistake. There is some method I am not aware of to block the LOCA Glue from leaking between the backlight and the screen-front

You need to use Backlight Sealant glue. Another way to do this to remove backlight from LCD, you need to be very careful not to demage LCD or backlight then when you cure LOCA put back backlight on LCD. But since LOCA stuck alredy in backlight you need to buy new one and replaced it.

What is "Backlight sealant glue"?, i mean, what glue exactly and how to use it?
Also, which method do you prefer? to remove the backlight?

I had to learn this the hard way

i had the same problem lg g2 is a screen with backlight just like iphone so you should take off the backlight before putting new glass on it and after you done clean it well and put the back light on it again

in your case your backlight is ruind so get a broken lg g2 screen take the backlight and put it on yours

hope this can help
