LG G3 D855 fading screen

Hi. I've received LG G3 D855 with fading screen. When i turn on the phone it shows LG's logo and then slowly <== screen starts fading - the image becomes more and more dark till whole screen turns into black. The phone works, but screen is black.

This issue doesn't looks like software problem, but i've still tried to perform Factory Reset and Firmware flash in LG Tool of Z3X - no result.

Any ideas what can it be on board? I've changed whole circuit next to the LCD connector on board, but that didn't help. PM? CPU?

Heat board to 190C. Fixed like magic (how long I don't know.... not a permanent solution). I see a ton of complaints here about LG G3. The original message (screen fading out), this won't work. But the right half of screen problem reflowing board will fix it 90%
