Did the customer tell you what happened to his phone?

Did they flash?
Did it fall?
Etc.

These are useful questions that will help a lot with repair

No flash, the customer said she was taking it out of her pocket and it fell to the ground. After that no power and no activity when charging cable is inserted. I am assuming that a power IC may be loose but I don't know where on the mainboard to start testing.

Look for missing parts under microscope...
Cracked motherboard.....

Try to reheat IC chips... Test the LCD etc.

It have SW inside... by the way i was make "boot repair" procedure, forcing it via testpoint to HS-Qualcomm 9008 mode and rewrite partition by partition. Also can be connected in "Emergency download mode" and flashed by known ways ( you see the log about ). In fact when flashing process moves, then the picture on the screen is like usual ( with info about progress ) - there no blue screen till restart after process done.

By the way - i was checked LCD itself with brand new and original one - same situation - blue screen after logo.

No any visual damages over PCB ( under scope ), but ...

I think there is something no working due to phone systems initialise - in fact in download mode just the AP part is working ( together with PMIC and LCD ), but no Wi-Fi, BT, ect ...

Taking a first look over summary is:
working - Charging ( phone off, just charge - all is like on working G3, exactly ), AP ( can be rewrited, phone important data is inside ( IMEI, SW version, ect ... ) - i see flashing process come from begining to end like usual from emergency download mode, sw version can be changed up / down ( i was checked V20i and V20h, due to earliler versions 10 are eMMC size depended ) - there latest are V30b and V30c, but i just want to not go away from initial SW release, that was inside before strange behavior. And finaly - LCD ... it work like new one, nothing in this case is from LCD, even on first look damage is on LCD.

OK - will continue to investigate, so - will keep comunity informed.

P.S. There a indicates that this "Blue screen" problem is only for phones from 2014. Something like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTP6kOuBrEU
