LG G3s mini (D722) Digitizer issues - GSM-Forum

Hi there,

I have recently replaced the digitizer on one of these phones, and what should be a simple plug and play is turning into a nightmare

. Touch was working on the cracked screen before replacement, but so far have tried 2 different digitizers from different suppliers on the phone and neither have worked. (both chipsets looked identical on the digitizer, but looked different from the original in terms of component positioning)

Does anyone know of any issues with the phones software which might prevent it from booting up the relevant drivers for a replacement digitizer, or know how to work around this to get the drivers to turn on?

I have never had this kind of issue with any other phone

For the record, I have tested the voltages on the board in accordance with the schematics for the touch circuit, and all appear to be correct.
