LG KP500 hangs on logo - GSM-Forum

Hello everyone.
I have two LG KP500 power that hang on the LG logo.
I tried to flash cable COM ... because since it does not turn on the PC does not recognize the USB.
The flash cable COM is long but in the end everything ends well ... the phone turns on and works only hope that as soon as you try to turn on and hangs again on the LG logo.
I was advised to give a pass hot air onto the chip flash.
Volvo to know if anyone knows where is this chip.
How can I fix this?

Need To Full Flash the Set will be Ok , If you have z3x then Try with USb mod flashing If you have no box for this phone then Search Free flasher and flash files for this phone

I have the NsPro ... after the flash but the problem persists.
