hi group

i had same problem .... solution is to do unlock with setool ...and it works perfect

tested by me in two pieces.....its not hardware problem

no need to flash...just do unlock it will be perfect

hi mate setool dont support this model(ku380),please next time check model supported before posting

insert sim card on this phone not software its a hardware problem,no solution here too

where i say SETOOL must read POLARBOX .... my mistake sorry....

But the most important is that solution mencioned works like a charme ...

i need schematic for this phone. after testing it, line for sim_rst is damaged. anyone with the full service manual? please share.
