LG L7 II P710 Touchscreen replacement

Hello,
I'm still a noob at phone repairs. Just do it for myself and friends. So i tried replacing my friends broken LG touchscreen. When the new touch came, i tested it and it didn't work, i thought it was damaged, since it was a chinese copy. So i purchased a new one (High Quality), same thing happened. Original still works, the new ones doesn't. So i decided to update android firmware, since i thought it would help. But nothing, still doesn't work, even after factory reset. So i was looking frustrated at the connector ribbons, and original one says, P710 FPCBA Rev 1.1 (1335), and the new ones both P715 FPCBA Rev 1.1 (1248). The funny thing is that P715 is a completely different phone with different touch screen. So now i'm even more frustrated. Any help or ideas are appreciated.

Btw, my first post in this forum
Thanks in advance guys.
