hi all i have a problem with my lg ku990/viewty

i bought it time ago and it has water damage, i solved al the problems, now it turno on but the touch screen down't work, i replaced the front touch but the problem persists..

so ithink it's the touch ic, so i checked it and i saw that it's broken in a edge, so it's not working.. anyone know if i can solve without replacing it.. it's impossible to find for the replacing

is there a solution like jumpers etc?

please help me.. i'll do some pics later..

i have ku 990 have short on supplly wiht out power on it takes 0.05amp
