I purchased on ebay the lcd display as well as the plastic lenses (outside layer). I found plenty of videos in youtube as of how to change the lcd display. However, I am not able to see how can I replace the outern layer of the phone (plastic lense). Can a very kind person let me know how to remove the broken lense and install the new one? Thansk for reading.
