a1 client troubling from starting - GSM-Forum

never recieve codes on time. submitted codes for storm on 14th jan & recieved back after 25 days. now when i evter code it says worng code.
i have done biggest mistake taking this client credits. all customers unsatisfied. saturdays & sundays alll the servers are closed. whet to do. no proper results, no proper administrator for this. post me result asap.

9500 blackberry storm. vodafone uk. imie: 359484023389144 is the imei. i have got 2 codes, both r wrong. custome ris kicking my ***. second thing is i have submitted palm treo 680 imie, server was busy, i was showing waiting, i thought that it was not submitted, so i tried another 2 times. now i got the code after 4 days, n customer went awway. i asked my reseller to cancell it before it was locked. but he failed to do it becos of lack of time. not i got nck code but it credited all 9 credits. i got same 3 codes which r useless 4 me. need to get that credits back. imei for treo is 011093000942393. pls help be in this case or i have to take back my amt from the reseller and cancell all the logs.

and one more great thing of your server is u dont have cancellation of imie if submitted wrong or customer cancelled. gsm frather has that facility.

Actually A1 server is under maintenance and also new client is under development so have some patience. Its not far that the services will be restored to their respective times.

but what abt my credits n money, do u think customers will wait for so long. they wont. any ways this is the last time taken credits of a1.
