i purchase one cruiser log in your service on 23.12.2008.i can't recieve credit.what is the problem?

plase give my cruiser credit or A1 Service credits back.

i enter password in cruiser suite ultimate unlocker.but i see this error.

you have to use d-unlocker . that work without crusier
