hi! what if after 1 hour rpl is still not calculated, can we cancel transaction so that credits will not be deducted?

no

because when there is a problem from your side then it will take this much time otherwise its calculated in 2 mints

i m not an user of this service but i see everyone complain about delay only when they upload bad ask or in wrong format. so why dont u return thouse ask with valid reason so that users dont wait and can take next step??

correct me if i m wrong. coz if i were ur user then ill test myself first then post.

We are working on some more automation, but it takes a time, after compilation that user will not have any problem, (not even in delivery time)

Hope u understand

Anyway thanks for your suggestion
