its not about sales but i think this person (goodman1980) know well that i personally support every custumers .i already help him out many times on messenger regarding to service and support . he know that but you can say that if 1 time we fail due to some reason then in forums they post neagetive replies but they never reply the good feedback when they got a good support

well thats right.
and also we are here becuase we are facing problems.
for example, i ordered 6 bb5 rpl files, 4 of them without any problem ( should i say thanks for each one?).
and 1 of them already solved and thanks again javajohn.
the 6th is still waiting, but im sure he is gonna solve it sooner or later!
and again thanks in advance javajohn.

I will not say this is the best team or whatever. becuase i never tested any other.
and im not planing to change to anyother while a1-servicves is giving me what I need

no mr Javajohn you are wrong when im find any thing good im tell every body about it like this . you help me because im your customer . meney of peoples help us and we not have any account with him server and you know that . we need fast service because our customer will not waiting us.
