A1 team pls help. uploaded my ask file but its already 24hrs & still pending & waiting. thanks

now its been 72hrs & havent recieved any yet... worst is, when i check my queue, nothing is displayed anymore unlike in the past days that it says pending & waiting. whats wrong with this??? calling mr. javajohn. thanks.

i think bb5 rpl service is not active now
