I got the same problem with lots phones like 1680c, 2600c, 2630 and 5000d. I wait for info if this will be fixed and if yes then when ?? ?? ??

i have this problem to many phones in special 2760 ever say mcu no support to many version please genie team update genieplus aplication!! To support all dct4 mobile phones

Hi,

Genie support this phone. Your error is the cause of wrong resistor used. For 2760 it should be 10k/5.1k resistor on the BSI and 68k resistor on BSI to GND.

Some tips on fixing this.
Step 1 - Remove the BSI resistor on the service battery
Step 2 - Select 10k to read info
Step 3 - Select 5.1k to Unlock.

if it doesn't work, try to switch over step 2 and step 3

i tried to unlock this model with universal fbus and not work , buy new fbus cable and all work ok!!! please dont use universal fbus for unlock dct4 mobile phones !! use original fbus cable jaf
