try to use simlock rpl via genie..then not work use another tool..becouse i had problem with genie 5800 v31 ,rpl done... but phone still locked tryed many time, then used onother tool via rpl then ok...

connect ur genie box, with remote tool, run logsmx,
then read codes,
then upload codes,
read info. and ur phone is unlocked,.
