| 6288 can't remove security code I have a 6288 asking for security code. I have unlocked phone with GU ok. I downloaded Nokia Suite to re-flash phone but every time I connect phone to PC the USB connects then disconnects. If I try to update drivers, it says the drivers are up tio date. When I check drivers they are Microsoft supplied? Can any one help please, I am tearing my hair out? |

| Thanks, phone is back with customer now. I don't have another Nokia tool. I tried connecting directly Nokia Suite with DKU-2 cable but kept getting driver message. |
