Please help regarding pm tool [ANSWERED & SOLVED]

Dear supporter i just want to write some PM file through SX4 and for this purpose i run FLS-5 from clip then opening PM tool by genie soft but contineously coming this error, plz help me HOW TO RESOLVE IT ENABLE TO WRITE PM FILES .HERE IS SCREEN SHOOT.

Sir i have installed LATEST PHOENIX soft and then run FLS5 exe and open genie soft and click PM tool but a new problem has arrived , showing

Bilal bhai sorry to say that i have upgrade both driver but still same result ,plz if you have any other idea or solution , plz tell me i will wait for your kind reply,.

Thanks br i done it with ur kind instruction , first i uninstalled previous version then installed your given one and result sucess-;
