You can repair it only with original Nokia RPL with including simlock keys signed by RSA, try to get this one

Sorry got a 6500s sl3 that someone tried to downgrade and unlock, now got to charge him £50 to repair it, some people wont listen. Anyway hope the link is useful as they do rpl repairs for most nokias. Worth asking for newer models as they are quite good.
